I am excited to share that while I attended NeoCon in Chicago, IL, I participated in a keynote panel. Diversity in Practice was an amazing discussion organized by Nubia Henderson, introductions by Il-NOMA President James Holland, with speakers including the phenomenal Ronnie Belizaire, President of IIDA and Jason Pugh, Principal & Global Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Gensler and moderated by incomparable Joseph Cephas, Senior Vice President of Novità.

At this event (Broadcasted building wide and at the iconic NeoCon stair) we discussed a range of topics that truly showed different approaches. We had firm leaders, organization Presidents, Directors of Diversity all opining on the thoughtful and in depth questions.
