Pascale Sablan, FAIA, NOMA, LEED AP, is CEO of the Adjaye Associates studio in New York.. She leads major international cultural, civic, and commercial projects, and places a strong emphasis on community engagement strategies to create culturally responsive built environments. She holds degrees from Pratt Institute and Columbia University, and her industry involvement includes serving as President of NOMA, receiving the 2021 AIA Whitney M. Young Jr Award, and

becoming an AIA Fellow in 2021. She is an active lecturer at national institutions, the United Nations, and the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture.
